Weighted in at 165 and feeling good , I have only taken the the CLA once a day and today I'm going to start twice a day . I will be doing my weigh in on Fridays and then make a post . Diet will be focused on protein and vegetables , still fasting its still pretty hard today I will be going to the YMCA to work out , I decided to do a 5K race in April' , so I'm using a app called couch 2 5k. Which helps train you for a 5 k , wish me luck
