2/22/13

Had a slip up last night about 9pm I had 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 12 I had a Atkins bar but weighed in at 164.6 today so I'm a pound down . Still not going to eat til 12 noon today and try to have a better day , going to the YMCA to work out . Going to do a just cardio day

My Dinner and Lunch

Was the same mixed veggie and chicken breast a half of one and a handful of raw blueberries and 4 strawberries so I have until 8pm to eat then I am done for the night

Weighted in at 165 and feeling good , I have only taken the the CLA once a day and today I'm going to start twice a day . I will be doing my weigh in on Fridays and then make a post . Diet will be focused on protein and vegetables , still fasting its still pretty hard today I will be going to the YMCA to work out , I decided to do a 5K race in April' , so I'm using a app called couch 2 5k. Which helps train you for a 5 k , wish me luck
